Hola te comento en mis primeras 2 semanas a mi se me receco la boca pero la lengua no bueno yo consumia casi unos 4 galones de agua , pero este efecto de la sed comiensa a desaparese como a la tersera semana , las 2 primeras sera cuando mas peso perderas y cuando mas agua beberas . una obcion son los pintalavios estos que venden que farmarcias para los lavios quisas te ayuden un poco .
Toma mas agua de la que estas consumiendo, ya veras ya para la tercera semana no te daran tanta sed
se me reseca demasiado la boca sera normal o dejo de tomarlas (ojo y si tomo agua) no se que hacer llevo una semana tomandola y la lengua esta demaciado reseca que puedo hacer.
